What is omnyx?
omnyx is a cash-pay, physician-guided telehealth program for adults who want to understand their body and operate at full capacity. It was built by a board-certified physician and a retired firefighter. The brand feels like modern commerce; the care underneath it is clinical-grade.
Who is it for?
Adults who feel that something has shifted (energy, sleep, body composition, drive, recovery, or focus) and want a real, physician-led plan rather than guesswork, as well as people who already feel good and want to optimize and protect their healthspan.
How does it actually work?
You begin with our free quiz, choose membership or a single protocol, complete a secure intake, and meet a licensed physician over a required video visit. The physician reviews everything and decides on a plan, and approved medications and labs come to you. The full walk-through is on our How we work page.
Do you take insurance?
No. omnyx is cash-pay only and does not bill or accept insurance. Care is HSA and FSA eligible per IRS guidance, and pricing is shown up front with no hidden membership, drug, lab, or consult costs.
What does membership cost?
There is one founding membership: the Founders Circle, at $199/mo (or $1,997/yr), with lifetime-locked pricing for the first 100 members. This is a founding-member rate and will rise as we open to the public. Full detail is on the Membership page.
Do I have to become a member?
Membership is the way in right now. omnyx opens with one founding membership, the Founders Circle, and that is how care works right now. Reserving early access is free and holds your place among the first 100. Both paths use the same clinical standards.
Do I pay anything to reserve my place?
No. Joining the early-access list is free, with no payment and no obligation, and it reserves your place for the Founders Circle when the doors open. The Founders Circle includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, prorated for any clinical care already delivered; after 30 days it is non-refundable. The lifetime-locked rate is a separate price benefit. Will I actually see a doctor?
Yes. A synchronous, real-time video visit with a licensed physician is required before any prescription. It establishes your physician-patient relationship and is required under Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-3602 and California telehealth standards.
Are labs included, and do I have to go to a lab?
Comprehensive labs twice a year are included with the Founders Circle membership. You can visit a national reference laboratory near you, or complete your draw at home with an at-home collection device.
What can you help with?
Our categories are hormone optimization for men and women, peptide therapy, metabolic and weight care including GLP-1, and longevity. What is right for you is always a physician's decision based on your labs, history, and goals.
Are the medications FDA-approved?
We default to FDA-approved medications. Some treatments are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and are not FDA-approved; we use those only when there is a documented, patient-specific clinical reason, and we clearly distinguish compounded from FDA-approved. We never present them as equivalent. The regulatory status of anything you may be prescribed is disclosed in your consent before you start.
What about peptides?
The regulatory status of certain peptide therapies is evolving, including a Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee review scheduled for 2026. We disclose where each peptide stands today and what could change, and your physician makes the call.
Do you prescribe HCG for weight loss?
No. The FDA has warned against using HCG for weight loss, so we do not market or prescribe it for that purpose. When HCG is appropriate, it is used only for its FDA-approved purposes.
Where is omnyx available?
Care is provided where our physicians are licensed, currently Arizona and California, with additional states planned. The current list is confirmed during sign-up.
How do you use AI?
AI handles scheduling, reminders, intake structuring, and draft visit notes, and our assistant Sam answers general questions and routes anything clinical to a provider. AI never prescribes, diagnoses, or decides your care. Read the full AI Disclosure.
How is my privacy protected?
Protected health information is handled under HIPAA and signed Business Associate Agreements with our partners. See our Notice of Privacy Practices and Privacy Policy. Please do not include sensitive health details in the general message form above.
