What is omnyx?
omnyx is a cash-pay, physician-guided telehealth program for adults who want to understand their body and operate at full capacity. It was built by a board-certified physician and a retired firefighter. The brand feels like modern commerce; the care underneath it is clinical-grade.
Who is it for?
Adults who feel that something has shifted (energy, sleep, body composition, drive, recovery, or focus) and want a real, physician-led plan rather than guesswork, as well as people who already feel good and want to optimize and protect their healthspan.
How does it actually work?
Choose annual membership or a free pay-as-you-go account. Complete your secure health intake, then request care from your account. Your physician decides what testing or treatment is appropriate. Do you take insurance?
No. omnyx is cash-pay only and does not bill or accept insurance. Care is HSA and FSA eligible per IRS guidance, and pricing is shown up front with no hidden membership, drug, lab, or consult costs.
What does membership cost?
There is one founding membership: the Founders Circle, at $1,997/yr, with lifetime-locked pricing for members who join while the founding offer is open. The rate stays locked while continuously enrolled. Medication is paid separately. Full detail is on the Membership page.
Do I have to become a member?
No. You can create a free pay-as-you-go account, then choose individual visits, selected labs or a treatment assessment. A first physician visit is $149 and a follow-up is $79. Membership is an option for ongoing care, not a requirement.
What do I pay to get started?
A pay-as-you-go account is free, with no card required. You see service prices before paying. Annual membership is $1,997 and includes a full 30-day money-back guarantee. Separate visits, labs and medication purchases follow their own terms. The details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Will I actually see a doctor?
Yes. A synchronous, real-time video visit with a licensed physician is required before any prescription. It establishes your physician-patient relationship and is required under Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-3602 and California telehealth standards.
Are labs included, and do I have to go to a lab?
Membership includes two comprehensive panels and two home blood collections where available each year. Selected pay-as-you-go tests and blood collection are quoted at actual cost before payment. Your care team helps coordinate the appropriate collection option.
What can you help with?
Our categories are hormone optimization for men and women, peptide therapy, metabolic and weight care including GLP-1, and longevity. What is right for you is always a physician's decision based on your labs, history, and goals.
Are the medications FDA-approved?
We default to FDA-approved medications. Some treatments are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and are not FDA-approved; we use those only when there is a documented, patient-specific clinical reason, and we clearly distinguish compounded from FDA-approved. We never present them as equivalent. The regulatory status of anything you may be prescribed is disclosed in your consent before you start.
What about peptides?
The regulatory status of certain peptide therapies is evolving, including a Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee review scheduled for 2026. We disclose where each peptide stands today and what could change, and your physician makes the call.
Do you prescribe HCG for weight loss?
No. The FDA has warned against using HCG for weight loss, so we do not market or prescribe it for that purpose. When HCG is appropriate, it is used only for its FDA-approved purposes.
Where is omnyx available?
Care is provided where our physicians are licensed, currently Arizona and California, with additional states planned. The current list is confirmed during sign-up.
How do you use AI?
AI handles scheduling, reminders, intake structuring, and draft visit notes, and our assistant Sam answers general questions and routes anything clinical to a provider. AI never prescribes, diagnoses, or decides your care. Read the full AI Disclosure.
How is my privacy protected?
Protected health information is handled under HIPAA and signed Business Associate Agreements with our partners. See our Notice of Privacy Practices and Privacy Policy. The contact form collects contact details only; please do not send sensitive health information by email.
Is membership enrollment available?
Membership enrollment is available. Care availability depends on your state and physician evaluation. Sharing contact details through this page does not enroll you in membership.
