Can I discuss treatment without buying labs?
Yes. Start with a physician visit. Your physician will decide if testing is needed before prescribing or monitoring a treatment. Buying a lab package is not required to create an account or request a consultation.
Are medications included?
No. If your physician prescribes treatment, you see the medication price before you pay. Members receive 20% off eligible standard product prices. Pharmacy availability depends on the medication and your state.
What happens after I choose?
Membership: review your agreement and pay securely, then check your email to set up your account. Pay as you go: create a free account first. Both paths lead to secure intake and your next care step.
Can I change my mind?
Membership has a full 30-day money-back guarantee. You can turn off future renewal from your account. Individual visits, labs and medications follow their own refund and cancellation terms.
