Choose membership or pay as you go
Membership includes care throughout the year. Pay as you go starts with a free account and charges only for the services you choose. Already have an account? Sign in to keep your records and any eligible credit together.

Set up your secure account
Check your email for an invitation, set your password, and complete your health history, identity details and care consents. Medical information stays in the secure patient portal.

Choose your next care step
Open Services in your account. Request a physician visit or selected labs. You see what is included or the exact price before paying. For a visit, choose an available appointment after your benefit or payment is confirmed.

Talk with your physician
Meet by video to discuss your symptoms, goals and options. Your physician decides whether testing or treatment is appropriate. You can discuss treatment without first buying a lab package; some treatments do require testing.

Review your plan and costs
See the recommended next steps in your account. Medication is a separate purchase. If prescribed and available in your state, an independent licensed pharmacy fills and ships it. Omnyx coordinates the handoff.

Use your account to message your care team, see results and appointments, and follow up. Your physician reviews your progress and adjusts care when needed.

A synchronous video visit with a licensed physician is required before any prescription. Some products are FDA-approved and some are compounded; compounded preparations are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to FDA-approved products.

Where your medication comes from. Omnyx is not a pharmacy and does not compound, manufacture, or dispense medication. Prescriptions are filled by independent, state-licensed outsourced pharmacies: FDA-approved products are dispensed by licensed retail or specialty pharmacies, and compounded preparations are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies (503A) licensed to ship into your state. Compounded preparations are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed. The name, location, and licensure of the pharmacy that fills your prescription appear on your prescription label and fulfillment paperwork, and we will tell you which pharmacy is filling your prescription before it ships.
