Metabolic and weight, GLP-1
GLP-1 medications work. They are not magic, and they are not for everyone. We evaluate your clinical fit, prescribe the right path for you, FDA-approved or compounded when it is clinically appropriate, and stay with you through the whole protocol, from the first dose to your goal.
GLP-1 medications help regulate appetite and blood sugar. For many people, used correctly and under medical supervision, they are an effective tool for weight management.
We offer two paths:
Your physician evaluates which path fits your situation and documents the reasoning. You are never handed a product without that step.
In clinical use, people who respond well to these therapies commonly notice less constant hunger, more control around food, and steadier energy as their weight changes. Many describe it as the background noise around eating finally quieting down.
Results vary widely from person to person. Some respond strongly, some modestly, some need to adjust. Adherence, dose, lifestyle, and your individual physiology all matter. Your physician sets realistic expectations for you, specifically, rather than promising a number.
A physician assessment, any testing needed for safe care, and a plan you understand. If prescribed and available in your state, medication is filled by a licensed pharmacy.
Create your account and complete your private intake. Tell us what you want help with; you do not need to choose a treatment first.
Discuss your concerns, options and questions with a physician. A live video visit is required before any prescription.
Your physician decides which tests are needed. Review what is included or the quoted cost, then arrange home collection where available or a walk-in draw.
If GLP-1 is appropriate, your physician chooses the right path and starts you at a low dose.
Your medication is filled through our pharmacy partner and arrives at home.
We titrate carefully, monitor your response, and adjust. You are supported the whole way, not left to figure out dosing alone.
Prescriptions are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. Our pharmacy partners use independent testing. Your prescription is dispensed by the pharmacy, never by Omnyx.
Medications prescribed through Omnyx are dispensed by licensed United States outsourced compounding pharmacies. Omnyx does not compound or manufacture any medication. Which pharmacy fills a given prescription depends on the medication and your state, and your prescribing physician makes that decision with you.
A licensed U.S. doctor reviews your health and meets you on a video visit first, then stays with you as you go. This is real care, not a quick online cart.
We begin with a small dose and build up gently. That is the kindest way to help your body adjust and keep side effects mild. If your stomach acts up early on, we help you through it.
These work best as part of a real plan. We coach you on protein and strength so you hold on to muscle, and we plan for the long run, not just a quick drop.
They help a lot of people, and how much they help is different for everyone. We tell you what is realistic for you, never a promise.
Choose annual membership or pay for individual services. Medication is priced separately before payment.

Your next step
A synchronous video visit with a licensed physician is required before any prescription is written. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to FDA-approved medications; they are prepared by independent, state-licensed compounding pharmacies, and the FDA does not review compounded preparations for safety, effectiveness, or quality before dispensing. The dispensing pharmacy is disclosed to you before your prescription ships. Cash-pay, HSA and FSA eligible. No insurance.
