We earn trust the old-fashioned way. With receipts.
Optimization is too often sold as a black box. We do the opposite. Here is exactly how care works at omnyx, who makes every clinical decision, the partners behind the scenes, and where AI helps and where it never will.
A real practice, run in a modern way.
omnyx is the cash-pay telehealth program built by Dr. Matt Stapleton, a board-certified physician, and Sean Travis, a retired firefighter who lived the transformation himself. A licensed physician owns every clinical decision. Technology removes the friction around that decision, never the decision itself.
A physician decides
Every diagnosis, prescription, and protocol is made and signed by a licensed physician. Full stop.
FDA-approved first
We default to FDA-approved medications and clearly label anything compounded. We never present the two as equivalent.
A real video visit
You meet your physician over a secure, real-time video visit before any prescription. It is required, and it is where your care begins.
Named partners
We tell you which pharmacy, labs, and tools we use. No mystery vendors, no hidden middlemen.
How care actually flows.
This is the membership path, start to finish. Most steps happen on your schedule. The one step that legally requires a physician is the one we never automate: your care.
- 1
Begin with understanding
You take the free quiz and tell us what you are experiencing. We send a personalized breakdown of the areas that may benefit most. No commitment, no diagnosis.
- 2
Reserve your place
omnyx opens with one founding membership, the Founders Circle. Reserve early access, then lock your founding rate when you are ready. Pricing is shown up front, every time.
- 3
Guided concierge conversation
We walk through your goals and history together so the plan fits your life, not a template.
- 4
Intake, consent, and identity
You complete a secure medical intake, review the consents for anything you may be prescribed, and verify your identity and location. This is collected for the physician to review.
- 5
Your required video visit
You meet a licensed physician over a secure, real-time audio and video visit. This establishes your physician-patient relationship and is required before any prescription under Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-3602 and California telehealth standards.
- 6
The physician reviews and decides
With your full picture in front of them, your physician approves, adjusts, or declines a plan, and documents the reasoning. Where labs are needed, they are ordered and signed.
- 7
Delivered to your door
Approved medications ship discreetly from our pharmacy partner with clear dosing guidance. Lab draws can come to your home.
- 8
Ongoing, adjusted care
Refills, check-ins, and labs continue on your protocol schedule. As your body responds, your physician tunes the plan. Controlled-substance refills are individually authorized with a prescription-monitoring check each time.
The clinic comes to you. The substance behind it does not change.
FDA-approved first, and honest about the rest.
Optimization sits in a complex regulatory landscape. We would rather explain it plainly than gloss over it.
FDA-approved medications come first
Our default is the FDA-approved option. Compounded preparations are used only when there is a documented, patient-specific clinical reason, such as an allergy to an inactive ingredient or a dose not available commercially.
Compounded is not the same as FDA-approved
Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and are not FDA-approved products. We never imply they are equivalent. The regulatory status of anything you are prescribed is disclosed in your consent before you start.
Peptides, disclosed openly
The regulatory status of certain peptide therapies is changing, including a Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee review in 2026. We tell you where each one stands today and what could change tomorrow.
We do not market HCG for weight loss
The FDA has warned against it, so we will not do it. When HCG is appropriate, it is used only for its FDA-approved purposes.
Dr. Stapleton owns every clinical decision.
Matt is a board-certified emergency medicine physician, licensed in Arizona and California, DEA registered, and the practice's Compliance Officer. He authors the protocols, signs the standing orders, and reviews the work. Technology supports him. It does not replace him.
- A required, synchronous video visit before any prescription, establishing your physician-patient relationship.
- Standing orders are the lab panels and care steps the physician writes and signs in advance, so routine work moves quickly while a physician stays accountable for it.
- Controlled-substance prescriptions require a prescription-monitoring database check at each authorization.
- Regular chart quality review by the Medical Director, consistent with state medical board expectations.
AI supports. Humans decide.
We use AI to remove busywork and give your physician a clearer picture, faster. It identifies itself, and you can ask for a human at any time. Read the full AI Disclosure.
What AI does
- Scheduling, reminders, billing, and shipping updates.
- Collecting and structuring your intake so your physician sees a clean picture.
- Drafting visit notes for the physician to review and sign (the native scribe built into our EHR).
- Answering general education questions through our assistant, Sam, which escalates anything clinical to a provider.
What AI never does
- Prescribe, change, or refill medications.
- Diagnose you or interpret your labs without physician review.
- Decide your protocol or your eligibility for care.
- Replace any part of your relationship with your physician.
The names we work with, named.
Partners that handle protected health information do so under signed Business Associate Agreements consistent with HIPAA.
Licensed compounding pharmacies
A vetted network of state-licensed compounding pharmacies prepares patient-specific medications when your physician documents a clinical reason for them.
National reference laboratories
Accredited national labs run your bloodwork, so your physician is reading real numbers, not guesses.
At-home collection
An at-home blood collection device that lets you complete your labs from home when that works better for you than visiting a draw site.
Native to our EHR
Your required video visit takes place on HIPAA-compliant telehealth video built into our EHR and clinical system of record.
Cash-pay, transparent, and reversible.
One clear price
omnyx is cash-pay and does not bill insurance. It is HSA and FSA eligible. Membership, products, and labs are described before you commit, with no hidden costs.
Free to reserve, nothing due today
Joining the early-access list costs nothing and asks for nothing but your name and number. It simply holds your place for the Founders Circle when the doors open. The Founders Circle includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, prorated for any clinical care already delivered; after 30 days it is non-refundable, and the lifetime-locked rate is a separate price benefit. See the Refund Policy.
See it for yourself.
Two minutes, seven questions, and a personalized breakdown of what your body may be asking for. No commitment.
